The reports we prepare are clearly-written findings based on peer-reviewed published scientific data that describes all of the substantial flaws in a psych report using non-technical language and discusses specific techniques and strategy for cross-examining the doctor. These reports also provide a script of simple and direct questions to ask the doctor that will reveal the major flaws in their report. In situations when cross-examination will not take place, the reports we prepare include information needed to prepare a brief for the court and or a petition for the judge.
